Rental Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By booking a vehicle with G.K. WhizWheel, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations.

General Rules

Minimum rental period applies as specified in your booking details.
Kindly take photographs/video of the vehicle with the shop in the background for your own reference before leaving the premises.
Money is not returnable if the bike is returned earlier than the agreed time.
The hirer is responsible for any illegal activities committed using the vehicle during the hiring time.
The hirer is not allowed to handover the vehicle to any other person.
Triple riding is strictly NOT allowed. You will be fully responsible for consequences such as traffic fines or license suspension.

I will bear the full cost of key set replacement if the key is lost.
I agree to pay for spare parts, repair charges, and repainting charges if the vehicle is damaged during the rental tenure.
I will bear the cost incurred in case of a tyre puncture.
I confirm receipt of helmet(s) in good condition. If damaged or not returned, I agree to pay the replacement cost.

If extra hours are required, I will call and notify the shop at least 4 hours before the scheduled return time.
Extra hours will be charged at applicable hourly rates.
Penalty: If I do not notify about an extension, I agree to pay a penalty equal to 1 Day Rent.
